Blockrise is a Rotterdam-based crypto company driving innovation in the FinTech space. We offer secure storage, crypto brokerage, and asset management solutions tailored to both retail and business investors.

With a growing team of about 20 professionals, we’re committed to building high-quality products and setting new standards in crypto-asset management. Our culture is rooted in innovation, collaboration, and staying agile in a fast-moving industry.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring outcomes are on track and aligned with objectives.
• Translate business goals, user needs, and compliance requirements into clear product decisions that drive real impact.
• Collaborate closely with teams across engineering, compliance, design, and client success to align on priorities and move the product forward.
• Break down the bigger picture into detailed user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks for design and engineering.
• Proactively remove blockers, and maintain oversight of timelines, scope, and dependencies.
• Continuously gather insights, validate assumptions, and help shape the product through structured iteration and feedback loops.

What you’ll bring

• You’re proactive and excited by the challenge of a fast-growing, fast-changing environment.
• You have 2+ years experience in product or project delivery roles and know how to keep work structured and moving.
• You’re a clear communicator who keeps everyone aligned and informed.
• You think in terms of user value and aim for solutions that truly solve problems.
• You are organised and can manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a technical or analytical background.
• Experience with crypto is a plus, but not required.
